    Ice Pack

This is ice therapy you can do at home. You can use an ice gel pack, a freezer bag filled with ice, or a package of frozen peas or other frozen vegetables.

Sit comfortably in an upright position. Begin by placing a damp towel across the top of your shoulder. Then, place an ice pack over the damp towel, conforming the shape of the ice pack to the shape of your shoulder. Next, place a bath towel over your shoulder, covering everything. The cold therapy will now be evenly distributed across your shoulder.

You can use this ice pack for up to 20 minutes. Wait one hour before repeating.

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I want to acknowledge Dr. Miguel Arbez at Rosstown Chiropractic for his caring attention to my daughter and her sore back. Dr. Arbez had put in a whole Saturday at a health fair but at the end of the afternoon, opened his office to take care of her achy pains.
I am happy to report that she is back to work and standing straight and tall again.
Thank you so much for keeping her "well adjusted" we are happy to refer our friends to you, Miguel!"

  • "The complaints that led me to your office were neck and back pain and headaches. These complaints have improved significantly with regular visits to your office.
I have also noticed improvements in my quality of sleep and ability to cope with daily problems as well as stress.
I have shared these experiences with friends, family as well as co-workers. I would recommend Chiropractic care to others but would be specific as to what chiropractic office and what Chiropractor I would see."
