Plantar Fascia Stretch Using a Towel

Sit comfortably in an upright position on the edge of a chair. Place a towel under your right foot. Curl your right toes, trying to grasp and lift the towel. Curl, lift, and relax. You'll feel a stretch in the bottom of your right foot. Repeat.
