We would like to stress how important we take the COVID-19 pandemic and that we adhere to the direction provided by the Provincial Health Officer and the BCCDC.
Following each appointment, we are sanitizing treatment tables and frequent contact surfaces. Windows and doors are also opened between visits to allow fresh air into the office
Dr. Arbez is employing high standards of hand washing and clinical hygiene, including wearing a mask.
The nature of our clinic is one-on-one care, only one client enters the clinic at a time. For this reason we ask that friends or family members remain in the vehicle during your appointment.
Clients are asked to either use in clinic hand sanitizer or wash their hands upon entering and exiting the clinic. Paper hand towels will be provided rather than a towel.
Clients will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 prior to appointments. We have waived the short notice cancellation fee if a client cancels because they feel sick.
